Just when you thought you couldn’t fall more in love with the brand, here’s yet another reason to fall a little bit deeper into Jo Malone London. They’re about to launch their latest fragrance, Silk Blossom, of which there are two products, the Cologne and the Candle. The candle costs £42 and the whole £42 goes to their charity which focuses on creating garden areas in deprived and/or needy areas for the benefit of those who would benefit most. Isn’t that just fabulous? They have five gardens so far (London, Edinburgh, NYC, Bristol and Liverpool) and each month they hold volunteer sessions where their head office and counter staff get involved in developing the gardens further. Therefore, you can be extremely smug when purchasing this candle as you really are giving a decent wad of cash to charity, and what’s not to love about that.
As you can see, the cologne is beautifully presented and appears to be a truly summery fragrance with notes of white pepper, silk blossom and moss. Both the Jo Malone London Silk Blossom cologne and candle launch next month (May 2014) with the cologne priced at £41 for 30ml and £82 for 100ml, and as mentioned the candle will be £42.
