The moment this set landed in my hands I knew it was Aromatherapy Associates before I’d even opened the package; there is a scent that I immediately associate with the brand purely from sniffing their goodies at Liberty and the only way I can describe it is that it’s the scent of luxurious pampering. Whenever I visit luxury spas there’s always a gentle yet comforting aroma that’s just strong enough to envelope you without making you feel as if you’re suffocating, and Aromatherapy Associates have somehow bottled that scent and added it to their products. It really is a gorgeous smell so definitely breath it in next time you’re near a AA stockist!
This month sees the arrival of their beauty bags which are themed beauty collections that are basically edits to include some of the brands most famous/cult products. The bags are:
The Award Winners – £95; Deep Relax Bath and Shower Oil, Revitalising Face Oil, Renewing Rose Body Cream and De-Stress Muscle Gel.
Body Beautiful – £60; Polishing Body Brush, Revive Body Wash and Revive Massage & Body Oil.
Perfect Skin – £65; Essential Enzyme Peel and Deep Cleanse Face Mask.
Radiant Skin – £65; Rose Radiance Skin Serum and Triple Renewing Rose Moisturiser.
All of the sets include a Revive Wash Bag in either a large size (£20) or small (£14) which can be purchased separately. I was sent The Weekender which contains 4 generously sized minis of the Aromatherapy Associates beauty travel essential which are the Revive Body Gel, Renewing Rose Body Wash, Renewing Rose Body Cream and De-Stress Muscle Gel, all of which are 40ml. I really love the fact that in this travel kit you have the usual body wash and cream, but there’s also two products that might not occur to you take that you will more than likely need if you’re having a weekend break since chances are you’ll be doing lots of walking around and would benefit from the reviving and de-stressing gels. The Weekender comes with a travel case with enough room for a few more products and the set is £24. All of the sets are available now apart from The Weekender which launches on Sunday.
