I’ve been sent some products from Neve Cosmetics to try out so I’ll be reviewing those soon, but I wanted to write a quick intro post to this adorable cosmetic brand since it’s absolutely massive and not particularly well known here in the UK (it’s Italian) so I thought you might like to know more.
Neve Cosmetics started as a mineral make-up brand in 2009 and have added skincare and various colour lines since then. All products are natural and animal-friendly, plus the formulations consist of as a few ingredients as possible to keep skin happy. I wasn’t even aware just how massive their line of mineral products was until I brought up the info to write this post, but I have to point you towards the mineral contour kit as I love the idea of loose, mineral pigments in contouring shades; check it out here – link.
Neve Cosmetics also have a great array of shadow palettes in neutrals and brights, as well as a gorgeous looking cheek palette – the palette pictured is the gorgeous Duochrome palette – link. I also have a pressed mineral foundation, a concealer, a double-ended brow pencil and a lipstick to try out, so I’ll share my thoughts on those soon. The phrasing of product descriptions on the UK site can be a little off which makes me think it’s only recently been translated, so keep that in mind when checking out the products. The pricing is mid-range, the packaging very cute and the selection very impressive, so I’m looking forward to hearing more about Neve Cosmetics and seeing what else they offer. Check out the full range here – link. The prices are in Euros so you might want to open a currency converter to keep an eye on how much you’re spending.
