Happy Christmas Eve Eve! I can’t be sure, but I think beauty Christmas crackers are a fairly recent thing, aren’t they? I only really recall them being a thing over the past few years, but I could be wrong. I do love them though – I love the idea of setting a table with beauty crackers packed full of things that everyone will actually use, as opposed to mini Rubix cubes and flimsy faux-chrome wine-stoppers.
I’ve included links to the products so you can have a browse, but obviously it’s probably too late to order in time for Christmas, so if you click-through on the link, you can find out in-store stockists too. Here’s a little look at some of the beauty-themed Christmas crackers you can still get your hands on before the big day.
As someone who spends a small fortune keeping her hands and feet in presentable condition (er, sort of…) I want pretty much everything in the entire Margaret Dabbs store, so I love the fact that she has a cracker out this year containing one of her best products, the Nail & Cuticle Serum. It’s £12 here – link. The Roger & Gallet crackers contain one of their Hand & Nail Creams and are available in a few different scents. They’re £6 here – link – and as Roger & Gallet is stocked at Marks and Spencer, hopefully they should still be in stock there. If you’re after even more of a bargain, the Yardley crackers have a 100ml hand cream in theirs, with a few variants available for £4 a pop. Here’s one – link – although they’re in Boots too.
St Tropez have crackers! They have two types available, one for a fiver which contains their Instant Tan Lotion, and the Express Party Cracker which contains the Express Bronzing Mousse and an applicator mitt for £10, both of which can be found here – link. Soap and Glory have gone all out with a full set of six crackers, each of which contains a body wash (one has a scrub) and, most importantly, hats! Quite the bargain at £16 for all six here – link. Not pictured but well worth tracking down in time, if you can (I’m guessing your best bet would be Space NK) is the Oskia candle which contains 40ml of the goooorgeous Renaissance Cleansing Gel, for just under £18 here – link. Finally, I’ve just had a little mooch and come across the Yankee Candle Votive for £6.99 here – link – so much want!
