Palette Love: Charlotte Tilbury Instant Look in a Palette – Natural Beauty

April 7, 2017 · In: Beauty, Make-Up, Palette Love, Reviews

I posted about the Charlotte Tilbury The Complete Natural, Glowing Look a few weeks ago, which included a selection of fantastic Charlotte Tilbury products, such as the perfect pink nude lipstick, K.I.S.S.I.N.G. Bitch Perfect.  The main attraction in the set has to be the Instant Look in a Palette – Natural Beauty, so I wanted to share another post looking at it in a bit more detail.

As the name suggests, the idea is that it’s everything you need to add colour to your face, so you get three eyeshadows, two blushers, a highlighter and a bronzer.  There are two types of the Instant Look in a Palette, Seductive Beauty which is a more vampy, evening look, or the one I have, Natural Beauty.  Obviously nothing is set in stone and both palettes can be amped-up or toned-down depending on what sort of look you’re going for.

The Charlotte Tilbury Instant Look in a Palette – Natural Beauty is the most perfect product for very easy, no-fuss make-up.  The shades are really natural, everyday shades and I love that the whole palette works together, but you can also dip in and out, especially with the eye shades which together form a lovely, flattering look, but can each be used as individual colours.  The blusher shades both give gentle washes of colour that’ll just add a general brightening effect rather than strong pops of colour, much like the bronzer and highlighter, which both add a bit of light to the face whilst gently enhancing features. When all shades are combined, the finish is natural yet fresh and very, very flattering.  Perfect for both novices and devoted make-up fans alike, this is a very pretty and very handy palette to have in your kit, especially as it comes housed in a sturdy palette with a good-sized mirror.  It’s £49 here – link.
