As I’m now a Beauty Pie subscriber, I thought it might be a good idea to follow up my un-boxing posts with a look at what I actually liked most from each order; so kind of mini reviews of each product to hopefully help you decide what you grab for yourself if you’re a subscriber too. Check out my intro post here.
The Unbeatable Concealer: unfortunately I picked the wrong shade of this as I went for shade 50 which is very pale and too pale for me – it’s rare I can say that, so at least Beauty Pie products go nice and pale!
Everyday Great Skin Foundation: I went for shade 100 in this which is a much better match. I like this foundation – not so much so that I’ve reached for it regularly, but I think it’ll come into it’s own when the warm weather leaves. At the moment, I’m going for very light textures because it isn’t too obvious when they slide off in the heat!
Superbrow Pro-Sculpting Powder: I got the shade Ash Brown which is a fabulously, deep, cool brown. The product itself is quite heavy, so again, I think this is something that’ll get more use when the weather cools down. It is a bit of work getting it to look natural, but it’s great for achieving those typically “Instagram” brows.
Future Lipstick Luxe Shine: I love this lipstick! It’s a really gorgeous, flattering colour and finish – I went for shade Naked Pink, but I’ll definitely be adding more shades to future orders.
Moonlighting Radiance Powder: this is my favourite of the products I purchased. It’s a really lovely, natural glow-giver that warms skin just enough, whilst adding a touch of radiant glow without looking sparkly. I went for shade Supernova, but based on how much I like it I might have to get the other shades too.
One Powder Wonder: I think I mentioned in my intro post that one of the main reasons I decided to place a Beauty Pie order was because of this powder, and thankfully I wasn’t disappointed – this is the perfect powder for setting make-up and reducing shine without dulling any radiance or looking matte or dry. I use this lots and will replace when I run out.

It’s month #2 time soon so I’ll be sharing my purchases when I get them – I’m thinking one of the palettes, a couple of lip products and I might dip into the skincare line too. Do you have any recommendations?
