I am absolutely loving the Estee Lauder beauty collection boxes are they are always so fantastically well curated, containing lots of goodies that everyone wants. I particularly love them as Estee Lauder are mostly luxury brands, but these boxes give people who might not normally be able to stretch to the high price point a chance to try a great variety of products, hopefully finding a new favourite to invest in! I love these boxes and I particularly loved the first Beautiful Escape, so I’m very happy it’s something the EL guys have decided to repeat. Let’s have a look at what you get:
First up there’s a trio of hair and body products, starting with the Bumble and Bumble Hairdresser’s Invisible Oil Shampoo and Conditioner, of which you get 60ml of each. There’s also 50ml of the Aveda Shampure Body Lotion.
Now onto skincare, where there’s the amazing Clinique Take the Day Off Makeup Remover for Lids, Lashes and Lips. You get 30ml which is more than enough as this is the sort of product that lasts forever – it’s definitely coming on holiday with me! There are also two lovely products from Origins, the A Perfect World Antioxidant Cleanser with White Tea and the Ginzing Energy-Boosting Moisturiser, both of which are 15ml in size.
Finally, my personal favourite category, the make-up! You get small but perfectly formed Bobbi Brown Eye Opening Mascara (5ml) which is a great way to try a mascara – I always snap up any mascara minis as I don’t think I’ve ever used up a mascara before it’s gone dry. The final product is the one that I’m most excited about, the MAC Liptensity Lipstick in Ginger Rose. Not only is the full-size, it’s the most beautiful colour and I’m very, very happy to have it.
The value of the contents comes in at over £70, so £25 all in is not bad at all! Don’t forget you also get the lovely cosmetic purse that it comes in, making this a pretty fabulous set to buy if you’re going on holiday too.
