The REN Glycolactic Radiance Renewal Mask is one of those glorious skincare treatments that not only delivers on its promises, but indulges the senses too. It’s an exfoliating, acid-based mask with the key ingredients being fruit acids, meaning it smells like a fruit cocktail and feels extremely gentle and I would guess there are very few skin types that would have a problem with this.
Having said that, don’t be fooled into thinking that this mask doesn’t deliver on its exfoliating promises – it hasn’t become a cult product for nothing – as it leaves skin looking much more fresh and radiant (hence the name) so it’s a very reliable and effective treatment that’s especially good for giving skin a boost before a special occasion. It’s a pretty standard mask in that you apply it and leave it for around 10 minutes before washing it away using the enclosed muslin cloth. As I said, I can’t imagine it causing a reaction on many skins (although patch test if you’re unsure!) so you should be left with smoother, clearer and softer skin.
This is a mask that offers something for all skin types; it reduces blemishes, removes flakes and generally improves clarity, so it really is a good investment for anyone who likes a good quality mask. You don’t need a lot to cover your face so I would guess this would last around 6-8 uses. It’s available now from all REN retailers including their online store – link – for £30.
