bareMinerals are getting their QVC TSVs absolutely spot-on lately, firstly with their amazing skincare set that had a TSV last month, and now with this – in my opinion, even better – set of gorgeous make-up that includes everything you need to create the perfect base; I don’t think I’ve seen a set quite like this before, so I’m very excited to see how it does when it launches on the 12th June 2016. The bareMinerals Bareskin Gorgeous Glow Set contains five products and one brush, all of which are full size other than the bronzer.
The two main base products are the bareSkin Pure Brightening Serum Foundation and the recently launched bareSkin Complete Coverage Serum Concealer. They’re offering quite a few shade choices (although not all of them) for the foundation which the kit is kind of built around, so your foundation choice will ensure a suitable shade of the concealer is also included. If you go for the Porcelain foundation shade you’ll get the Fair concealer; if you go for Linen or Ivory you’ll get the Light concealer; Satin or Natural get the Medium concealer shade, Beige gets Medium Golden, Latte and Sand get Tan and finally Almond and Walnut get Dark to Deep. You also get the Perfecting Face Brush which the press release suggests is to be used with the bronzer below, but I think it’s just as well suited to the foundation.
Speaking of bronzers, the only smaller sized product you get in the set is the bareSkin Sheer Sun Serum Bronzer, which is a 15ml bottle making it half the full size. The final two products are both QVC specials, starting with the Illuminating shade of the bareSkin Perfecting Veil and the one product that isn’t all about that base, which is the Marvellous Moxie Lipgloss in the shade Wild Beauty. As you can see, this is an absolutely fantastic kit with brilliant products that has clearly been well thought out – I’m so impressed with the contents! The value of the bareMinerals Bareskin Gorgeous Glow Set is £110, but the QVC TSV price will be £42 (plus p&p) which is stonking value – ready yourself for midnight on the 12th June 2016.
