The Cohorted Beauty Box is still pretty much the best value beauty box (that I’m familiar with) available on the UK market, thanks to the fact that it always contains plenty of high value, well known brands. This Cohorted March 2017 box isn’t one of my personal favourite edits, but it’s still an extremely good collection of beauty products that I’m guessing will excite even the most cynical beauty lover.
As you can see, the March 2017 Cohorted box contains a fantastic collection of products from huge brands such as Nails Inc, Urban Decay and the Pur Minerals. Out of all six products, only one is a sample size as the other five are full-sized. Here’s a closer look at what’s included:
For me, the most exciting product in the box is Pur Minerals Cosmetics Secret Crush Eyeshadow Palette which is, funnily enough, very “Urban Decay-ey” in both it’s colours and presentation. The full-sized Urban Decay Naked Skin Beauty Balm SPF20 sounds really interesting as it’s a multipurpose product that provides hydration, optical blurring, a bit of colour, SPF and primes skin for make-up – I’m looking forward to trying it. The Bellapierre Waterproof Gel Lip Liner sounds really promising – the shade I got was Cinnamon. The three products in this paragraph alone have a value of £67.50, which is not too far away from double the cost of the box already!
Next up is the terribly cute Vintage Cosmetics Rose Gold Eyelash Curlers. I have such a soft spot for this brand and I think these curlers are beautifully presented. Next is the Nails Inc Polish in Cadogan Square, which falls low on my list as it’s not really the sort of shade I’d go for myself – I like a good nude but this is a very orangey brown which is not my bag at all. The final product is the only sample-sized product in the box and it’s the Living Proof Perfect Hair Day 5-in-1 Styling Treatment which sounds pretty interesting and apparently provides volume, body, smoothness, conditioning and strength. The Cohorted March 2017 is still available for a few days and you can find it here – link – for £35 all in.
