I ended up taking a lot longer to review this palette than planned, even though it’s become a bit of a staple, due to the fact that after the first few uses it completely changed its finish, which meant I had to take new pictures to give a fair review. Sounds strange, but let me explain!
Firstly, let me introduce you to the beauty that is the Stila All You Need is Love Palette, a quad of beautiful pink blush shades with a gold overspray. If you’re a fan of pink blushes, this is one for your collection as it’s generously sized and reasonably priced at £12.
Pigmentation is perfect; not too much and not too sparse, so you can build up a good colour payoff or just aim for a gentle flush. It also lasts well and doesn’t oxidise. The four pink shades are beautifully complimentary and there’s a hint of sparkle left over once the overspray is finished.
Speaking of overspray…it’s overspray overkill in this palette to start off with unfortunately! The result being that you only really end up with a gold finish for the first 2-3 uses, as the gold heavily dominates the pink as you can hopefully see in the close-up. It’s a bit annoying but it’s only for a few uses, then you get to fully enjoy the pretty pinkness of the rest of the palette. Of course if you’re impatient, you can just buff away at the gold until it’s budged aside and made way for the pinks.
The overspray issue is minor and becomes a distant memory once you’ve worked your way into the pinks, making this a real star of a fairly neutral pink blusher that I think most blusher fans will get on really well with. Add to that the Beatles reference in the name, and what’s not to love? Stila All You Need is Love is available now from Stila priced at £12.

This is super pretty but I find it surprising that they chose to go with a transparent lid. I should have a closer look at that brand, I’ve never purchased anything from it.
pretty.
but it is too girly.
you are so beautiful. I think you are a different type.
